How do I install my eSIM?
After payment your QR code appears instantly. On the phone the eSIM is for: Settings > Mobile/Cellular > Add eSIM > scan the code. Buying on the same phone? Choose "Enter details manually" and paste the activation code shown under the QR.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most phones from 2019 onwards do — iPhone XS or newer, Samsung S20 or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer. Check Settings for an "Add eSIM" option.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. Text PAC to 65075 from your old SIM, then enter the code in your Veylo account. The switch completes within one working day.
What happens when my minutes run out?
Calls pause until you top up or renew. Your balance can never go negative and there are no surprise charges, ever.
How do renewals work?
Plans run for 30 days and renew only when you pay. We email you three days before your plan ends. If you don't renew, service pauses after a 2-day grace period — your number is kept safe.
How do I cancel?
Just don't renew. No contract, no exit fee. If you want your number for a new provider, request your PAC from your dashboard — it appears instantly.
