1. The service

Veylo Mobile provides prepaid UK mobile services (data, calls, texts and international minutes) delivered by eSIM, running on a partner UK network. Plans last 30 days from activation or renewal and do not auto-renew.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be 18+ and resident in the UK. Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Payments and renewals

Prices include VAT. Payment is taken at purchase via our payment provider. Plans renew only when you choose to pay. Unused allowances do not roll over.

4. Fair use and prohibited use

Unlimited UK calls are for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, auto-dialling, SIM-boxing or fraudulent use leads to suspension.

5. Keeping your number

You can port your number in or out at any time. PAC codes are issued immediately on request and remain valid for 30 days.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You have a 14-day cooling-off right on first purchase; if you start using the service in that period, we may deduct the value of usage. See our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including partner-network outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Complaints

See our Complaints Code. If we cannot resolve a complaint within 8 weeks you may refer it free of charge to our ADR scheme.
